Accuracy & ownership

Only post a property you own or are authorized to advertise.
Keep price, rent, size, and all details accurate and current.
Only upload photos you took or have the rights to use. Do not copy photos from Zillow, an MLS, another broker, or anywhere you lack permission.

Fair Housing — prohibited language

Do not state or imply any preference, limitation, or discrimination based on a protected class. Prohibited examples include (not limited to): "no kids," "adults only," "no wheelchairs," "Christian household," "perfect for a single professional," "ideal for a mature couple," "must speak English," or any similar wording that signals who may or may not live there. Describe the property, not the desired occupant.

Also prohibited

Fraudulent, fake, bait-and-switch, or duplicate listings.
Requests for deposits or payment before an in-person viewing / lease.
Unlawful, harassing, hateful, or misleading content.
Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

Moderation & removal

Triad does not verify listings and is not the broker or agent for member listings. We may remove any listing or content, and suspend any account, that violates this policy or the law — at our discretion, with or without notice.
