How Triad Global Real Estate handles the information you send us.
When you contact us through this site, we collect the name, email, company, role, and message you submit. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and to operate our real-estate business.
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google to create your account. We store the listings and analyzer studies you choose to save, and (if you create listings) the listing details you enter, so we can show them back to you and operate the service. You can remove saved items, and you can ask us to delete your account and data by emailing office@triadglobal.org.
Information you enter into a listing you publish is intended to be shown publicly on the site. Do not include information in a listing that you do not want to be public. See our Listing & Content Policy and Terms of Service.
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it except with service providers that help us operate (for example, email and hosting), and only as needed to respond to you.
If we email you, every message includes a way to unsubscribe. Reply “STOP” or use the unsubscribe link and we will remove you.
We rely on Google Firebase / Google Cloud (website hosting, database, and contact-form delivery), Plausible Analytics (privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics), Meta Pixel (advertising measurement — sets cookies; see below), RentCast (public-records and property-data lookups), and Google Maps Platform (map and Street View imagery, subject to Google's terms), and Esri (aerial/satellite imagery). Paid products (owner lists, Deal Alerts Pro) are billed by Stripe: Stripe receives your email and payment details directly on its hosted checkout page under Stripe's privacy policy; we store only your email, what you bought and the Stripe customer/subscription IDs, never card numbers. When you use our deal analyzer or listing tools, the property address you enter is sent to RentCast solely to retrieve public property data; we do not send RentCast your name or contact details. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.
Your site choices. When you pick a cookie option, light or dark mode, or an accessibility setting, we remember it in one small first-party cookie named tgp (and in your browser's local storage), shared by triadglobal.org, realestate.triadglobal.org and solutions.triadglobal.org so you are asked only once. It holds only those choices, no personal information, and lasts one year. You can change it any time with the settings button at the bottom left of every page.
Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram ads). We use the Meta Pixel to measure whether our ads on Meta platforms lead to visits and enquiries, and to show relevant ads to people who visited this site. The Pixel sets cookies and sends page-view and form-submission events (with your browser and IP information) to Meta, which may combine them with your Meta account. You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings, Meta's ad preferences, or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out. See Meta's privacy policy for how they process it.
Emails we send. Registered accounts and newsletter subscribers receive a weekly "best deals" digest and any deal or rent alerts they create. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe; unsubscribing from the digest doesn't affect alerts you created, and vice versa.

Triad Global, LLC is not the listing broker for third-party listings and does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Always verify with the original source before acting.
