Triad Global, LLC operates and holds residential rental property and provides free informational tools. Except for property we expressly identify as owned by Triad, we are not the seller, landlord, listing broker, or agent for any property shown or listed on this site. We do not represent buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants, we do not negotiate transactions, and we do not earn a commission on any third-party transaction. Member listings and aggregated market data are provided for informational purposes only.
You may sign in with Google to save listings, save analyzer studies, and (where available) create your own listings. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of information you provide. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter these Terms.
If you create a listing, you represent and warrant that: (a) you own the property or are authorized to advertise it; (b) all information is accurate and not misleading; (c) you own or have rights to any photos or content you upload and their use does not infringe anyone's rights; and (d) your listing complies with all applicable laws, including fair-housing laws.
You retain ownership of your content and grant Triad a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it on and through the site for the purpose of operating the service. You are solely responsible for your listings; Triad does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any listing and is not a party to any dealing between users.
Fair Housing. Listings must comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and all state and local fair-housing laws. Content that states or indicates any preference, limitation, or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other protected class is prohibited and will be removed. See our Listing & Content Policy.
We may, at our discretion and without notice, remove any listing or content, or suspend any account, that we believe violates these Terms, the Content Policy, or the law. We are not obligated to monitor content but may do so.
Do not post photos or content you do not have the right to use. If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at office@triadglobal.org (Attn: DMCA Agent, [registered-agent address — to be added]) with the information required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c). We will respond to valid notices and may remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.
The deal analyzer and all figures, estimates, valuations, rent estimates, and property data on this site are illustrative and informational only. They are not an appraisal, and not financial, tax, legal, investment, or real-estate advice, and not an offer or solicitation. Property and listing data come from third-party sources (including public records and licensed data providers) and may be inaccurate or out of date. Verify everything independently before acting.
Map, aerial, and street-level imagery are provided by third parties (including Google Maps/Street View and Esri) and are subject to their terms; property data is provided by third-party providers. These are shown with their respective attributions and remain the property of their owners.
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triad is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any reliance on information or listings on the site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold Triad harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the site, or your violation of these Terms or the law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue lies in the state or federal courts located in [county], Indiana.
