How we build it

Each metro has its own sources (listed on its page). We refresh weekly, merge duplicates, add the assessor's owner of record where the county publishes it, and flag absentee owners when the mailing address differs from the property. Nothing here is scraped from listing sites, and nothing is guaranteed current — verify with the county before you act.
